Opening a little pie shop is complicated. We had to find a place to lease, have contractors bid on build out, shop for equipment, discover legal whoo-ha, develop financial projections, write business plan, negotiate lease ...and so on. It's coming - just slower than I want.
In the meantime, we must have pie! Here's the June menu. If you don't see it and you want it, just ask. We can make most pies in a gluten free. They are all made from scratch by hand with good ingredients –
